On January 4th, State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company innovatively established a centralized review mechanism for material sampling plans based on the batch schedule of the 2021 material sampling plan, and coordinated with relevant personnel from the company's Material Department, Material Company Inspection and Storage Department, and Lanzhou Power Supply Company's quality supervision and project management to successfully complete the centralized review of the first batch of material sampling plans in 2021. This review meeting is the first centralized review conducted in 2021, in accordance with the key work requirements of State Grid Corporation's material quality supervision, to deeply implement the strategy of "strengthening the country through quality", fully apply the functions of the supply chain platform and ECP2.0 system. At the meeting, the centralized reviewers studied the "Notice of the State Grid Materials Department on Key Work Related to Material Quality Supervision and Supplier Management in 2021" and proposed specific arrangements for the review of material sampling plans in accordance with the quality supervision requirements and processes of State Grid Corporation. Through modern smart supply chain and ECP2.0 platform, they guided project units to complete feedback review, modification and confirmation of the sampling plan, Ensure the high-quality completion of this review work. It is reported that a total of 935 material sampling plans were reviewed, involving 572 projects. The reviewers conducted a centralized review of the first batch of material sampling plans in 2021, and modified and confirmed the problematic sampling plans, ensuring the standardization, accuracy, and enforceability of the sampling plans of each unit. Next, in accordance with the requirements of State Grid Corporation's lean management of quality supervision, Gansu Company continuously improves the efficiency and efficiency of material inspection upon arrival, adopts a centralized review mechanism for each batch, and fully applies the functions of modern smart supply chain platforms to gradually achieve closed-loop online control of the entire process of material quality supervision, comprehensively improving the lean management level of quality supervision in Gansu Company.
